Nice verandas on two sides, plastic furniture and a grill. On the ground floor is the local shop and the ferry landing is the nearest neighbour, so one must consider some activity. This does not need to be a negativity, this place is actually the heart of the little society. On the quay there is a maritime environment, and the ferry has 10 – 12 calls a day. Huglo is a summer paradise for great and small, and there are numerous great fishing spots around. Langenuen and Laukhammarsund are well known concepts. May be rented on a daily basis and is independent of fixed exchange days. May also be combined with rental of the neighbour house, object S8 Naustloftet, which has the same owner. Shared between the two are quay, a floating dock and a filleting room.
