| | Koløyholmen - Fitjar | | | Great fjord cabin in a slightly nostalgic style. Sleeping up to 8 persons, and a panoramic view to the fjord. Consists of two floors, and has also an annex with two storage rooms. Is electrically heated, has air conditioning, is winter insulated and has very high standard.
Sunny plot with great outdoor place and big quay in very calm surroundings. Beautiful coastal area sheltered by the skerries with over 300 smaller and bigger islands. Ample fishing opportunities in the sea but also fresh water fishing in Storavatnet for trout and char provided you get a licence (fishing card). The owner lives in his house about 70 meters from the beach, where there is joint parking. For loading and unloading one may bring the car close to the cabin.
Beach, quay and boathouse. The beach may also be used by others. The house may be rented on a daily basis with no fixed exchange day, but minimum 5 days.

All our cabins have the following standard equipment:
- Electric heating
- Warm and cold water.
- Winterinsulation.
- Bathroom with heated floor, sink, water closet and shower.
- Kitchen outfitted for the number of people/beds in the cabin. Pans and cutlery, 4-burner electric cooker with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, water boiler, microwave, mixer, toaster and vacuum cleaner.
- Detergents, kitchen towels, paper and other consumer product the guests will have to provider for themselves.
- Quilts and cushion for all beds. Linen and towels the guest will have to bring or order in advance.
- TV with Norwegian channels and Astra satellite dish.
- Garden furniture and a plain grill.
- Parking by the garden wall.
- 4,6 m plastic boat (14ft) with 9,9 Hp outboard.
- Lifejackets for adults up to 90 kg.

Deposit is 1000 NOK. On cancellation within 30 days of arrival the deposit will be refunded. On later cancellation the landlord will keep the full deposit.
