| | Sandvoll - Kvinnherad | | | Large older house peacefully by the sea. Belonging to the house are 80 meters of shoreline making this into a dreamy spot! The house has two floors, rooming up to 8 persons, is electrically heated, winter insulated, and parts of the house is renovated.
Sunny place with a garden, quay and a sand beach. Great view towards Høylandsundet, Halsnøy and Valen. In front of the house there is a small road leading to some neighbouring houses, but it is a dead end road, so there is not much traffic. Ample parking. On the ground floor there are storage room, and the guests may also use the boathouse. Here is a “party room” with a long table.
On the quay there is a filleting table with electricity and water. The holiday house may be rented on a daily basis with no fixed exchange days.
Arrivaltime at this objekt is earliest at 14.00 pm.
Departuretime is latest at 10.00 am.

All our cabins have the following standard equipment:
- Electric heating
- Warm and cold water.
- Winterinsulation.
- Bathroom with heated floor, sink, water closet and shower.
- Kitchen outfitted for the number of people/beds in the cabin. Pans and cutlery, 4-burner electric cooker with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, water boiler, microwave, mixer, toaster and vacuum cleaner.
- Detergents, kitchen towels, paper and other consumer product the guests will have to provider for themselves.
- Quilts and cushion for all beds. Linen and towels the guest will have to bring or order in advance.
- TV with Norwegian channels and Astra satellite dish.
- Garden furniture and a plain grill.
- Parking by the garden wall.
- 4,6 m plastic boat (14ft) with 9,9 Hp outboard.
- Lifejackets for adults up to 90 kg.

Deposit is 1000 NOK. On cancellation within 30 days of arrival the deposit will be refunded. On later cancellation the landlord will keep the full deposit.
