The home has a small apartment on the ground floor, perfectly suited for 2 people (H61), and two apartments on the 2. floor; H62 for 6 people, and H63 for 4 people, both with bedrooms in the attic storey.
The apartments have electric heating provided by heat pumps, and also wood-burning stoves. Also included is free broadband connection (for computers). Located on the outside of the 2. floor there's a large, sunny terrace about 90 m2, with a winter garden about 15 m2. This is shared by all 3 apartments. Good parking space next to the house.
The holiday home is located in Hillestadvågen, an idyllic inlet with a small boat harbour and diesel oil/gasoline pumps on the dock. A nicely sheltered harbour under all windy conditions. There's also a cosy neighbourhood store with a mini kafé and a tourtist shop. Nice bathing beatch close by, and lots of opportunities for nice walks in this pleasant Western Norway district. During the season the forest is rich in berries and mushrooms, and there's a lot of good hiking trails.
On both sides of the inlets waters there's a workshop with some ships and equipment. There's also some old boats stored here, so there's a lot of interesting things to see. At this point there's a view over the boat harbour and Hillestadvågen; something you can't see at the holiday home.
In addition, this is also an excellent starting point for trips all over Sunnhordland and Hardanger, and lies only a 120 minutes drive from Haugesund.

All our cabins have the following standard equipment:
- Electric heating
- Warm and cold water.
- Winterinsulation.
- Bathroom with heated floor, sink, water closet and shower.
- Kitchen outfitted for the number of people/beds in the cabin. Pans and cutlery, 4-burner electric cooker with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, water boiler, microwave, mixer, toaster and vacuum cleaner.
- Detergents, kitchen towels, paper and other consumer product the guests will have to provider for themselves.
- Quilts and cushion for all beds. Linen and towels the guest will have to bring or order in advance.
- TV with Norwegian channels and Astra satellite dish.
- Garden furniture and a plain grill.
- Parking by the garden wall.
- 4,6 m plastic boat (14ft) with 9,9 Hp outboard.
- Lifejackets for adults up to 90 kg.

Deposit is 1000 NOK. On cancellation within 30 days of arrival the deposit will be refunded. On later cancellation the landlord will keep the full deposit.
