Nice private outside area with a stone grill. Floating quay with plenty room for the boats. The area has some boathouses and holiday-houses around. Is east facing and has a wonderful view towards Eidsvik and Sæbøvik.

The house may be rented on a daily basis and is therefore independent of the fixed exchange dates.
