Larsstø cabins

Two cosy simple cabins, each rooming up to 5 persons. Located about 20 – 30 meters from the sea, west-facing with a terrace viewing the fjord. It is electrically heated, winter insulated and has good standards, but the kitchen has only two cooking plates. Plenty of room round the cabins, planted with flowers, bushes and trees.
Cosy playing-cabin and a swing for the children. The area is child friendly and rural. Cottage H51 is the lower and H52 is the upper of the two. Down by the sea there is a special “utility house” shared between the two cottages. It has a fish-cleaning place with electricity/water, a freezer and store room, and also a washing machine and oven.
Private port for the boats. Parking down by the port and there’s a paved path up to the cabins.
Sæbøvik centre within walking distance. (www.landsbyen.no)
The Eidsvik bay is a sidearm of the Hardanger Fjord/Høylandssundet and has a maritime environment. A small boatyard is next to the cabins (www.larssto.no) and fishing boats have their harbour here. The house may be rented on a daily basis and is therefore independent of the fixed exchange dates.

All our cabins have the following standard equipment:
- Electric heating
- Warm and cold water.
- Winterinsulation.
- Bathroom with heated floor, sink, water closet and shower.
- Kitchen outfitted for the number of people/beds in the cabin. Pans and cutlery, 4-burner electric cooker with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, water boiler, microwave, mixer, toaster and vacuum cleaner.
- Detergents, kitchen towels, paper and other consumer product the guests will have to provider for themselves.
- Quilts and cushion for all beds. Linen and towels the guest will have to bring or order in advance.
- TV with Norwegian channels and Astra satellite dish.
- Garden furniture and a plain grill.
- Parking by the garden wall.
- 4,6 m plastic boat (14ft) with 9,9 Hp outboard.
- Lifejackets for adults up to 90 kg.

Deposit is 1000 NOK. On cancellation within 30 days of arrival the deposit will be refunded. On later cancellation the landlord will keep the full deposit.
