This is the second of a series of 3 houses to be built over the next few years. The lessor works in a shop&gas-station close by.

The area is maritime with a boat harbour, some houses and holiday houses. Is east-facing with a view over Eidsvik and towards Sæbøvik. Food store, gas-station with a workshop and a hairdresser are at hand only 300 meters away. Additionally there are several minor, quiet paths to walk/roll.
