House built about 1970 and renovated in 2005. South facing with a view over Eidsvik and towards Sæbøvik. Big lawn with fruit trees and a small terrace.

Short way to the sea. Here there is a private quay, boathouse with fish-cleaning place and a floating pontoon which also is used by the owner who lives near by. Short way to shop and gas-station.

This is in a maritime area with a fishing harbour and some holiday houses, but the nearest houses are private Norwegian homes. Ample car parking. The house may be rented on a daily basis and is therefore independent of the fixed exchange dates.
