| | | | Southern Halsnøy. Large, stylish and comprehensive holiday home by the fjord, with room for up to 9 people. The location is a dream like no other. The home has electric heating, winter insulation and good standards.
Is located idyllic on the Southwestern side of Halsnøy, with a panorama view towards Bømlo, Stord and Sæbøvik. Terrace, with several outdoor sitting areas, around the home. Outdoor furnitures and grill. The around 2.000 m2 home area is sheltered and private. Big, private harbour with quay and breakwater. Also, own beach included. Good fishing spots in the immediate vicinity.
Fit for wheelchair. The 1. floor is furnished for wheelchair users. Door width is 90 cm and both shower and lavatory are adjusted for wheelchair users. One has the possibilty of driving by wheelchair from the home and down to the harbour. It's also possible to fish at the breakwater.
Here, One can enjoy a real holiday, shopping of groceries can be done by boat! Fjelbergsund Landhandel and the village of Sæbøvik can be reached by a comfortable boat trip.
Pets are not allowed (except for guide dog). Smoking indoors is not allowed.
The home can be rented on a daily basis for an undetermined number of days, independant of fixed exhange date, but minimum rental time is 5 days.
Standard boat is included in the rental, other boats must be booked in advance. Wlan internet is available.

All our cabins have the following standard equipment:
- Electric heating
- Warm and cold water.
- Winterinsulation.
- Bathroom with heated floor, sink, water closet and shower.
- Kitchen outfitted for the number of people/beds in the cabin. Pans and cutlery, 4-burner electric cooker with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, water boiler, microwave, mixer, toaster and vacuum cleaner.
- Detergents, kitchen towels, paper and other consumer product the guests will have to provider for themselves.
- Quilts and cushion for all beds. Linen and towels the guest will have to bring or order in advance.
- TV with Norwegian channels and Astra satellite dish.
- Garden furniture and a plain grill.
- Parking by the garden wall.
- 4,6 m plastic boat (14ft) with 9,9 Hp outboard.
- Lifejackets for adults up to 90 kg.

Deposit is 1000 NOK. On cancellation within 30 days of arrival the deposit will be refunded. On later cancellation the landlord will keep the full deposit.
