Electrically heated, winter insulated and has good standards. Nice furnished garden with a grill. The lessor lives next door and it is close to the sea. Here you share with the lessor a new boat house with fish cleaning place, storeroom and large quay.

This is in a maritime area with a fishing harbour and some holiday houses, but the nearest houses are private Norwegian homes.

Good parking for several cars. Shop and gas station close by. East facing and view towards Eidsvik and Sæbøvik. The house may be rented on a daily basis and is therefore independent of the fixed exchange dates.
